Current & Upcoming
Recently I partnered with Creative Pinellas ‘Arts Annual Beyond the Walls’ program which creates new arts & culture engagements with the hospitality/ tourism industry. Here’s a short video Creative Pinellas put together that includes shots of my installation, space and interview tidbits Innisbrook Resort . Works will be on display there through December. Many thanks to Creative Pinellas and Innisbrook Resort for the support and opportunity to share my work with a larger audience.
Many thanks to Clearwater Arts Alliance and the Clearwater Beach Association for selecting me to create an original image for the local public art signal box project! .Over the course of a few weeks, I worked with the neighborhood association to create an image that represented their community. The image “Nocturne”, is a woodblock print w/ watercolor (originally 12×12”) and depicts the magic hours of summer at Clearwater Beach. Pinellas county’s shoreline is a prime nesting area for loggerhead sea turtles, most almost always return to the same beach to lay their eggs. Continued preservation and protection is a primary goal for many residents that call Clearwater Beach ‘Home’..Once I completed the image, I sent a scanned version to the professional art wrap installer. He then turned it into a giant vinyl wrap that is custom fitted to the dimensions of each signal box..You can find the first box located at the South portion of Clearwater beach at the corner of Hamden and Gulfview Drive. The second box is located at the North end of Clearwater beach at Mandalay and Bay Esplanade.

50th Annual Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, Emerging Artist, Jury Selected, Print Pulled for Jurying, 2020
My experience being featured as an emerging artist at Gasparilla Arts Festival was truly gratifying to say the least. I enjoyed talking with SO MANY art lovers and visitors from near and as far as Canada about my printmaking practice. It was an incredible privilege to personally meet face-to-face with those who purchased and connected with my work—an opportunity that rarely presents itself when selling through galleries!
“Hidden Kingdoms, Hammock” was pulled for award jurying by the guest juror, Paul Galloway, a collection specialist from the MoMA. Though I wasn’t selected for the best emerging artist award, I’m very humbled to have had my work even considered.
